This report does not print a recap of all transactions, it only prints a summary of the amounts in suspense for each owner.

The life to date total for this report should always agree with the Trial Balance, ending balance for general ledger number 21010.

Reads from the Division of Interest file and lists the owner, the unit and amount in suspense. Only owners on suspense are listed. The suspense fields are updated during the update of Operating Statements and Checks. Net suspense amounts are automatically updated to general ledger number 21010 in the Transaction file during update for the Operating Statements and Checks.

The option to print a Non Released Suspense Revenue report for the company total only will print/display the company's month to date, year to date, and life to date suspense balance. The company's total for the life to date suspense balance should agree with the ending balance of the general ledger number 21010 of the Trial Balance report.
